
Our intimate licensed restaurant overlooking Uig Sands seats approximately twenty covers and is open to residents and non-residents alike. From the hills and especially the sea come the main ingredients of our menus. The style of food is rooted in French tradition and Richard prides himself on using island ingredients - food here is devoutly Gallic! Auberge Carnish hopes to build on the reputation earned by Richard's previous establishment, Bonaventure, for great quality food and warm hospitality.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant offering a wide choice - including our own breads, home-made marmalade, to full traditional Scottish. The evening menu changes regularly to reflect local produce in season. Do let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements.
Booking is essential; just email or ring us (before 6.30pm or after 10pm, please!) on 01851 672459. If there are children in your party, please discuss with us when making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate you.
